Oxford Brookes Centre for Nutrition and Health are pleased to announce their Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KPT) with Think Through Nutrition
Oxford Brookes Centre for Nutrition and Health (OxBCNH) and Think Through Nutrition (TTN) are working in collaboration on a pilot study for the development and implementation of our digital food education platform, as a knowledge transfer project which is funded by Innovate UK.
This project will be led by a KTP Associate, a talented graduate or postgraduate who will be instrumental in realising the charity’s exciting plans for growth, through developing and implementing a digital nutrition programme for vulnerable and disadvantaged people, piloted initially in the prison sector and then with a planned roll out to other sectors, resulting in the sustainable growth of the charity and securing its position as the leading third sector organisation in the field.
What is a KTP?
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) are dynamic collaborations between the business and academic worlds to drive innovation projects led by inspired graduates. They do this by connecting businesses that have an innovative idea with the academic expertise to help deliver it. Each KTP is supported by Knowledge Transfer Advisers (KTAs) who provide expertise and guidance to all partners at every stage of the KTP journey and are funded by Innovate UK.
